God’s Free Gift

We look forward to meeting you at Old Time Baptist Church. Please come and visit with us at one of our services. Along with this invitation, we also would like to share with you God’s Free Gift.

Could you say you are 100% certain that you will go to heaven when you die?

God Wants You To Know The Way To Heaven.

WHO IS GOOD?

Romans 3:10 As it is written there is none righteousness no not one.

WHO HAS SINNED?

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

Here we see, who has sinned, “all have sinned,” therefore all have a sin debt that must be paid for. Either we pay for ourselves or we let Jesus pay for it.

GOD’S PRICE ON SIN

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

A wage is a payment. The payment for your sin is death and separation from God in a place the Bible calls hell.

Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

GOD’S PAYMENT FOR SIN

Revelations 21:8 But the fearful and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Revelations 20:10 And the devil that decieved them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and false prophet are and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Note here, that those here will be tormented in a lake of fire, for ever and ever. Once there, you will never get out, it is for all eternity.

OUR ONLY WAY OUT

Romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Two things here:
1. You’ve got to believe Jesus died and rose again.
2. With the heart man believeth, God know your heart. You can fool others, but you cannot fool God.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Note here the Bible says “shall be saved.” If you do what the Bible says and mean it with your heart, you shall be saved. Shall doesn’t mean maybe or might, it means shall. And God keeps all His promises.

If you want to be saved from your penalty of sin, pray this prayer of faith. Remember God knows your heart, if you are sincere or not.

“Lord, I realize that I am a sinner, I want you to forgive me of my sins and come into my heart and save me. I believe that you died and rose from the dead and I accept you as my personal Saviour.

Thank you for giving me eternal life. In Jesus name Amen

If you prayed to receive God’s free gift, and meant it would you allow us the honor of rejoicing with you?
