A Word From Our Pastor

Hello and thank you for visiting our website.

My name is Leonard Ludwick, and I have the great privilege of being the pastor of Old Time Baptist Church. My wife, Marcia, and I would like to personally invite you to come visit with us. Whether you are just visiting the area, are new to our community, or are a long-time resident, you will always find a warm and cheerful welcome when you share your time with us. We have a wonderful group of folks at our church, and together we are working to fulfill the "Great Commission" that the Lord has given us for His Glory. There are no big shots at our church, only a bunch of little shots serving the Lord.

Visit our site often to keep up to date through my personal blog as well as well as to check for upcoming events on our church calendar. Our desire is to see you soon.

Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. - Jeremiah 6:16

Think On This

Job 22:21 says, “Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.” The word “acquaint” means “be familiar with, know intimately, to be used.” If we are to be used of God, we need to know God. How do we come to know God? The same way we get to know our family and friends…by spending time with Him. We get to know Jesus through Bible reading and Bible study, through prayer, and through preaching. Philippians 3:8-10 tells us, “Yea doubtless, and... [Continue Reading]
